At DBest Carpet Cleaner, we aim to provide high-quality cleaning services and customer satisfaction. Please read our Refund Policy carefully.

1. Services Provided

All services provided by DBest Carpet Cleaner are carried out professionally using industry-approved equipment and cleaning solutions.

Due to the nature of cleaning services, results may vary depending on carpet condition, fabric type, age, and prior damage or staining.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • The service was not completed as agreed

  • There was a clear fault or error caused by our technician

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Pre-existing damage or permanent stains

  • Wear and tear

  • Colour loss, fibre damage, or shrinkage not caused by our service

  • Dissatisfaction based on expectations not discussed prior to service

3. Re-Clean Policy

If you are not satisfied with the service, you must notify us within 48 hours of the service completion.

We may, at our discretion, offer:

  • A re-clean of the affected area, or

  • A partial refund where appropriate

This must be reported before any third-party cleaning service is used.

4. Payment & Refund Method

  • Payment is due on completion of the service unless otherwise agreed

  • Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method

  • Cash refunds will be handled by bank transfer
