1. Booking & Access

• Customers must ensure safe and clear access to the service areas

• Parking arrangements must be available where required

• Any delays caused by access issues may incur additional charges

2. Pricing & Quotes

• Quotes are based on the information provided at the time of booking

• Prices may change if the job differs from the original description

• Additional work will only be carried out with customer approval

3. Payment Terms

• Payment is due on the day of service

• We accept cash or card payments unless stated otherwise

• Unpaid invoices may result in debt recovery action

4. Service Limitations

We do not guarantee:

• Complete removal of all stains

• Restoration of damaged or worn fibres

• Results affected by previous cleaning attempts

Some stains and odours may be permanent.

5. Health & Safety

• We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe

• Pets must be secured during the service

• Customers must advise of any known hazards

6. Damage & Liability

• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage

• Liability is limited to the cost of the service provided

• Claims must be reported within 48 hours of service completion

7. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee

• Same-day cancellations may be charged in full

• We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, equipment failure, or emergencies

8. Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia.
